Holding Deposit: 1 week's rent

Deposit 5 weeks' rent

During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)

Payment of £50 including VAT if you want to change the tenancy agreement

Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate.

If a tenant loses a key or security device there will be a payment of the cost of the key plus £15 per hour if we have to meet you at the property.  If you collect the key from our office the charge will be just the cost of the new key or security device.
