Our aim is to vet your potential tenant as intensely as possible, with a view to moving a new tenant in as quickly as necessary so as not to leave a property untenanted for long. We are members of the Residential Landlords Association and use the Government's Tenancy Deposit Scheme to protect all deposits.

We provide a full management and property maintenance service or "letting only" service where we check out potential tenants just as thoroughly, provide inventory with video, meter readings, informing utility providers, and full sign up of new tenants.

We take the hassle from yourselves so there is nothing for you to organize when letting your property.
