Cameron Mackenzie staff have all completed numerous lettings courses covering all legal requirements of letting your property. Between us we have many years of experience and know how to provide the best service possible for the smooth running of the process of letting your property.

Our aim is to vet your potential tenant as intensely as possible, with a view to moving a new tenant in as quickly as necessary so as not to leave a property untenanted for long. We are members of the Residential Landlords Association and use the Government's Tenancy Deposit Scheme to protect all deposits.

We provide a full management and property maintenance service or "letting only" service where we check out potential tenants just as thoroughly, provide inventory with video, meter readings, informing utility providers, and full sign up of new tenants.

We take the hassle from yourselves so there is nothing for you to organize when letting your property.


We pride ourselves in keeping tenants as well looked after as possible, protecting all deposits with the Governments Tenancy Deposits Scheme and making sure all property safety certificates are up to date.

All repairs are immediately reported to landlords and actioned upon as soon as possible.
